The Hong Kong Customs and Mainland Customs have signed the Co-operation Arrangement on Customs Facilitation Measures for Wine Entering the Mainland through Hong Kong ("Facilitation Measures") to facilitate wine business between the two places. Under the Facilitation Measures, Hong Kong Registered Wine Exporters only need to submit advance wine consignment information online to enjoy instant Customs clearance upon their consignments' arrival at any Mainland ports.

To enjoy the benefits under the Facilitation Measures, your company in Hong Kong should first register as a Hong Kong Registered Wine Exporter, or you may work with enterprises that are Hong Kong Registered Wine Exporters.
