Go Global Unit / Dedicated Team for Attracting Businesses and Talent / Investment Promotion Division (the Unit) of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Shanghai (SHETO), the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSARG) is one of the working teams of HKSARG's Invest Hong Kong in the Mainland. It is responsible for publicizing Hong Kong's business advantages in the Municipality of Shanghai and the four Provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and Shandong under SHETO's jurisdiction, and encouraging Mainland enterprises in these territories to develop and expand their business in Hong Kong. The Team offers a series of free professional advice and support services to Mainland enterprises interested in using Hong Kong as a platform for going global. These services include:
- Attracting proactively target enterprises and talents;

The New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme (the Scheme) aims to attract asset owners to settle in the city and explore its diverse investment opportunities through wealth allocation and management. The New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme Office under Invest Hong Kong is responsible for assessing the financial assets and investment of the Scheme Applicants/Entrants as well as monitoring their continuous compliance of the Investment Requirements and Portfolio Maintenance Requirements, while Immigration Department is responsible for assessing applications for visa/entry permit, extension of stay and unconditional stay pursuant to the Scheme.
